ITT Wedeco and Air Products To Jointly Market Combined Capabilities to the Water and Wastewater Industries
Lehigh Valley, Pa. (July 11, 2007) – Air Products (NYSE: APD) and ITT-WEDECO today announced the signing of a Joint Marketing Agreement (JMA) to promote the companies’ complementary ozone related products and expertise for use in the water and wastewater industries in North America and Brazil. The combined marketing effort will focus on water and wastewater processes including: containerized oxygen - ozone systems; oxygen recovery systems; and ozone based advanced oxidation systems. In coming weeks both companies will be releasing further details on each new product offering.

Through this relationship we are moving into adjacent applications and technologies beyond our traditional core products,” said Mike McGettigan, general manager for ITT -WEDECO Americas.

The companies expect to provide more information about product offerings and capabilities at upcoming trade events including: World Congress on Ozone and Ultraviolet Technologies to be held in Los Angeles, Calif. from Aug. 27-29, 2007; Water Environmental Federation Technical Exhibition Conference in San Diego from Oct. 15-17, 2007; and Water Quality Technology Conference and Exposition in Charlotte, NC held from Nov. 4-8, 2007.
